Who are we?

The clue is in the name… nestled on the South coast of England in lovely Brighton, we are proud to own ‘High5’, an energy and hydration nutrition brand, and ‘Reflex Nutrition’, a strength and endurance nutrition brand. We are ABF’s smallest business, and merged only 2 years ago in 2017.

Our sales are spread equally across the UK and International markets and we reach our consumers through online, specialist and traditional retailers. So it’s no surprise that 50% of our sales are online. We operate in a high-growth, fast-moving category and our people are perfectly geared up for that – we’re positive, high-energy, down-to-earth, relationship-focused and obviously, love sport!

Although we are new, we are already a £20m business with an exciting growth agenda, particularly in our international markets which make up 50% of the overall business. Our business is different to classic FMCG due to the consumer engagement with our products, international markets and the different channels we sell through.
